Jennifer Gendeman OTD, OTR/L, SCLV, CLVT

 

Jennifer is joining us from Louisville, KY with 12 years of low vision rehabilitation experience. 

 

Jennifer completed her doctorate in occupational therapy at Washington University in St. Louis. Following occupational therapy school, Dr. Gendeman completed a graduate certificate in low vision rehabilitation at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She also holds a specialty certification in low vision (SCLV) through the American Occupational Therapy Association and is a certified low vision therapist (CLVT) through the Academy for Certification of Vision Rehabilitation & Education Professionals. 

 

Jennifer focuses on maximizing remaining vision in order to participate in chosen daily tasks. She enjoys assisting older adults in embracing technology to adapt visual tasks. 

 

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys watching the Chicago Cubs with her husband and playing ball with her dog. She looks forward to exploring all Arizona has to offer.
